A Note From Nicole ...                                        

When I decided to open my own practice, I set out to create a studio where Therapeutic Massage was the primary focus, where each massage session truly made a difference in the way your body functions and feels.  I wanted to create a space and experience for my clients that is welcoming and relaxing where you can reconnect— body, mind and spirit. 

Curious by nature I am always discovering new techniques and ideas and constantly strive to further my own knowledge and understanding of new and beneficial modalities.   

Whether it be to relax, indulge, maintain health or alleviate pain...when you step inside, you leave your world behind for a while and are enveloped by the cozy atmosphere that awaits you, where you can unwind, take your time and know that you will be cared for to the best of my ability.

Massage is what I love to do and I look forward to seeing you!

Being Green

I always strive to be a conscientious person in my practice and personal life with regard to my impact on the planet.  When I opened my practice, my business neighbor Debby, owner  of Bona Fide Green Goods (http://www.bonafidegreengoods.com) inspired me to take it a step further and become a "green" massage practice—I loved the idea!

When you walk through the door, almost everything you see is either repurposed, recycled or organic. I have tried very hard to minimize the impact on our environment and not be wasteful in the setup of my business.

 All of the lotions and oils I use on my clients are organic —the oil is pure jojoba which is hypoallergenic and not only does it not clog, it actually cleanses your pores. 

All the candles that are used are made from vegetable, soy or beeswax and burn clean.  The cleaning products I use from glass cleaner to laundry detergent are simple and natural with no harmful toxins or chemicals.
